marshmallow brulee


Chiara sent us the best homemade marshmallows and hot cocoa mix for Christmas and Steven's been hitting the marshmallow with the kitchen torch when we have it as a post dinner treat.  It's DELICIOUS!

Only problem is we've got just one marshmallow left.  Gonna have to arm wrestle for it.

    In all honesty, the credit for those marshmallows should go to my friend Kate. I just mostly sat there and watched her make them. OK, maybe I measured some ingredients.

    I'm on my last half-dozen. I haven't been bruleeing them but still, so deliciouso!

    Oh, yum! We've made homemade marshmallows a few times - so good. But ours did not hold up well roasted by the campfire!

    What a bright idea! I'm all in. And while we certainly don't have a TORCH in our kitchen, we will still try this idea! Sim is 100 percent a hot chocolate kind of girl.
