upside of a down time?


Lobster is cheap?  The New York Times says that there are "fire-sale-priced lobsters" available these days because of the economic meltdown.  Prices have gotten so low it's not worth it for fishermen to catch them.  
I was thinking that we could have a special dinner this weekend and that this broiled lobster with cajun butter pasta looked pretty good until I read the part of the article that talked about the most humane way to kill a lobster and lost my appetite.
