Bill Massie, the Artist in Residence in Architecture at Cranbrook Academy of Art (where I went to grad school for ceramics) designed and built American House 08 and now it's up for sale on ebay!
the house is featured on this month's prefab issue of Dwell.

Wonder about the reserve price or what shipping will cost.
it's pretty pricey already and hasn't met the reserve and shipping is not included.
you can "buy it now" for 750,000 which seems like a whole lotta money for a 2 bedroom house, especially since it doesn't include the lot!
