cheezits at an academy award level

Last night, after making almost absolutely wonderful french bread (I rushed it a little), I asked Steven, "how hard could it be to make crackers?"  He shrugged and went back to eating the bread.  
Well, as if by magic, in today's nytimes Mark Bittman answers my question (answer="not very") and has a recipe for parmesan cream crackers that sounds delicious!  
I'm gonna try it.

i saw the video also...i'm going to try making them this weekend with whichever children are behaving the best. are we going to find 3 houses next to each other in austin?
