cover up

one of our fellow community gardeners, Julie, told me that you have to fold the leaves of the cauliflower plant over baby cauliflowers to keep it out of the sun so it will taste good.
I'm going to do that today, but it's going to make me sad because I love looking at the little guy.

I've never tried growing cauliflower. That looks good. We ate zuke and squash from our garden tonight. Have one little eggplant ready to eat.

I think we're going to have our first zucchini tonight!
Cauliflower likes cool weather, and can take a frost so you could probably grow it in the fall.
