I have a whole lotta stuff to do for the 2 shows I've got coming up, but I'm having a hard time getting motivated. Do you think listening the theme from Rocky would help?
Good luck! We know you can do it! You made me think of my favorite motivating song ever - "99 1/2 Won't Do" by the Alabama Christian Movement for Human Rights. Gospel really gets me moving. =)
Last year I made a playlist to help get myself motivated to get stuff done. Eye of the Tiger totally worked for me! I've also found that listening to the Where the Wild Things Are soundtrack helps a lot too. :-)

It's the eye of the tiger its the thrill of the fight..
I love this for motivation. I also really love Tonight's Gonna Be a Good Night by Black Eyed Peas.
I got a feeling...
Good luck with your shows!
Yes, and running some stairs too! Gets the blood flowing :)
And make sure to run up some stairs! I REALLY need to get myself organized. Maybe I need to go find some stairs too!
In the words of Mickey "You're gonna eat lightnin' and you're gonna crap thunder!"
You can do it, Abigail.
Yes. Go Abigail you can do it!
Thanks! all your sweet comments helped me have a really productive day.
I listened to the Rocky Theme, and Eye of the Tiger.

Best of luck with all your preparations!
I lived in Philadelphia for one year and remember standing on those steps several times. if listening to the theme from Rocky helps then go for it!

oh yes! air punches and all too!
totally helps. I'm in and out of Philly quite regularly, and it always gives me a boost when I run (okay, slowly walk) up those stairs.
