These days I wear the giant sleeping bag coat (like this one, but a little longer and white) that I bought to wear to the Inauguration every single day. (on particularly cold mornings, I even sometimes wear it as a bathrobe.) And while I appreciate (and need) it's warmth, it's not the most attractive thing in the world.
I love and think I would look far more fashionable in this poufy jacket by Zucca. (buttons!)
But I will have to wait for it to go on some sort of super sale to even think about buying it (special 90% off bin?).
Oh well, I may look like the Stay Puff Marshmallow Man, but I'm warm.

Every December, I pull out my sleeping bag-like puffer coat as well to face the Chicago winter. It makes me feel ridiculous but there really is nothing warmer so oh well...
I love my puffy coat. It just makes me happy. Right now it's sleeping in my closet in NJ...it isn't cold enough in southern CA for it to make the trek westward.
Wow! It has been a lot of years since I've had to wear poufy coats, but I do like the ones shown here.
Oh, I love the Zucca jacket! I wouldnt mind being seen in that!
You totally made my day with the bathrobe statement. :)
Dude, it's cold. Sometimes the huge puffy jacket is seriously necessary.
I've been wanting to buy one of those puffy coats for the longest time. I could have used it yesterday. It was around 21 degrees in NYC and I was out walking for a couple of hours!
