snowpocalypse

It's the urban dictionary's word of the day and it describes our weather right now: snowpocalypse. It's really coming down and is supposed to keep up for the rest of the day and into tomorrow.

Last night I was actually really excited about the 12 to 14" they were predicting. My feeling is, if it's gonna be cold it might as well snow because, well, it's prettier. (Plus, I'd love to go cross country skiing!) But this morning as I was happily walking my snow crazy dogs I had an unpleasant thought: Someone is going to have to shovel about 5 times in the next 24 hrs, and that someone has to be me. (Steven's back is much better, but he's still under wife's orders to take it easy.)

Oh well, shoveling is good exercise, the dogs are happy and it is very pretty.
But Steven better not be faking.

We are in the midst of a snowpocalypse right now too! Is it bad that I am already over it?

Hahaha you cracked me up. I'd be faking with all that shoveling, although TALK about a workout.

I'm sure Gus and Ollie can't get enough:)

I did so much shovelling this weekend, and more after today. It's time for spring!

I'll be arriving in NJ on Thursday, just AFTER the snowstorm hits. I'm hoping this means that I'll be able to avoid shoveling, though I wouldn't mind the upper body workout too much. The going out and coming back in repeatedly drives me a bit crazy though.
