Yesterday we went to the Nichols Arboretum to see their peony garden and it was gorgeous!
I especially loved the "single flower" peonies and when I told Steven that I thought we should get some, he rolled his eyes, groaned, and said, "I knew it was a mistake to come here. Don't you think we have enough peonies?" But he smiled like he was hatching a plan to get me some for my birthday next year when he said it.

Trader Joes was overflowing with peonies when I visited them last. I just wanted to grab a big armful of bouquets and stick them all over the house. Such a beautiful flower -- they're like what you expect a best friend to be.
Is it crazy that I would just want to lie down in the middle of the arboretum and be surrounded by flowers all they long? If so, then I want to be crazy, haha.
