I was up on a ladder looking for an attachment for the Kitchen Aid (we have some really high cabinets in our kitchen) and while I was up there I found the popsicle molds we got as a wedding present!Why the heck didn't I remember that we had them earlier? I would have had a popsicle a day all summer long. Oh well, there's still some summer left and I've got them now, so since gorgeous, ripe, freshly picked peaches are starting to arrive in the farmers market, I'm going to make some peach popsicle's!
