overload

Since it's been really dry, squash borers killed the zucchini and the cucumbers went kaput I figured things would be slowing down in the garden.

Boy was I wrong.

30 pounds of potatoes not pictured.  (HELP!!)

check out more harvests at Daphne's Dandelions.

You are such an amazing gardener and photographer! Wow, I wish I could help you, seriously. Time to start preserving and harvesting things, eh?!

Oh my Gawd! Look at your harvest! It's absolutely wonderful! I'm so jealous. I love the little artichokes.

Wow you need your own booth at a farmers market

If I could drive over and cook up a storm with you, I would. But I'm in NJ.

I agree with Tanya -- maybe it's time to consider selling some of it, or giving it away.

I think you're right. I take stuff to the food bank once a week, and pawn tomatoes off on friends but I should start going to the food bank twice a week and leaving gift baskets for strangers. :)

Wow. Your photo blew me away! Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful!

Plus, that's a pretty impressive harvest.

Good thing you have that big table for all the veggies. Beautiful colors! Your garden is very productive.
Are those artichokes? They are pretty big. What variety are they? I am planing to grow some artichokes, but I am not sure what variety I should choose.

WOW! You are so lucky! What beautiful and plentiful veggies. You most definitely have a green thumb!

I think you need a bigger table!

Wow, look at that bounty! That's fabulous. Oooh, do you have some work to do...

I agree with Prairie Cat, it might be time to get a bigger table, or at least an additional table? Do you harvest all that in one fell swoop (gulp), or do you accumulate throughout the week and take a finale picture before Harvest Monday? It is just so impressive.

This is the most glorious thing I have ever laid eyes on! I am so deeply jealous of your gardening skills, and also those lovely artichokes! In terms of using it all--pickles?

That photo is just too beautiful for words. I love all the colors and am jealous of the artichokes which really don't grow well here.

Beautiful presentation of these vegetables - should be in a food magazine!
