wish list

During the Thanksgiving weekend, my mom gave my 4 year old nephew, Declan, a LEGO catalog and a bunch of post-its and said, "Mark the ones you like with the stickers and maybe Santa will get you one for Christmas."
Declan replied, "OK!"  and handed this back to her a little while later.

That kid cracks me up.

There is something so perfect about four-year-olds. Your nephew must have been in pig heaven, with a lego catalog AND post-it notes to play with!

Haha! Get me an Anthro catalog and mine will look the same!

Love this! My four year old self would have done the same. Actually my 29 year old self would totally do this too!

hilarious. sort of like a conversation with Jackson:
me: What do you want for Christmas? Sheriff? Little Blue forklift?

him: Ummm, buzz lightyear.

me: I thought you wanted Sheriff?! Yesterday you said Sheriff.

him: OK, I would have that too.

This is exactly what I used to do every Christmastime. My mom gave me and my brother the JCPenney's catalog and we'd go through and mark everything we wanted. That was so much fun.
