Neillsville

We are headed up to Neillsville, Wisconsin for Eric and Kim's wedding this weekend.  The ceremony will be outside at Rick and Toni's farm, and it the forecast suggests that we will have a beautiful autumn day!  (65 and sunny)  

Rick and Toni live in a 100 year old stone farmhouse on 80 or so acres.  3 years ago they got a grant from the federal government to turn 60 some acres back into prairie.  They have been working on the house for years and it is amazing, a lovely mix of old and new, respect for history with a clean, contemporary aesthetic and craftsmanship like you would not believe!!!  

 

 They turned their granary into a guest house.  More pictures after this weekend!
